Terms of reference
- aCoordinate with the DOST councils and implementing agencies to facilitate the liquidation of all TECHNICOM 1.0 projects.
- bSecure financial liquidation from TAPI FAD and endorse delinquent projects to the TAPI Legal Unit.
- cEnsure all project documents and filings are ISO-compliant.
- dPrepare minutes of all TECHNICOM meetings, both with external and internal clients.
- ePerform other duties for the Division as the need arises.
Core functions
- 01Develop and maintain project monitoring databases, liquidation trackers, documentation systems, and records management tools to support the M&E Unit’s project oversight and reporting functions.
- 02Conduct preliminary commercialization readiness and socioeconomic impact assessments and provide technical inputs to support the formulation of appropriate interventions and commercialization recommendations.
- 03Design monitoring templates, project tracking tools, and data collection instruments used for monitoring commercialization progress, socioeconomic impact, and project performance.
Other functions
- 04Coordinate with DOST Sectoral Councils, Implementing Agencies, and project proponents to facilitate project monitoring, liquidation, data validation, and timely completion of TECHNICOM 1.0 project requirements.
- 05Ensure the completeness, integrity, and compliance of project records, monitoring documentation, and liquidation files in accordance with DOST-TAPI policies and quality management requirements.
- 06Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze project performance data and prepare technical reports, impact assessment summaries, and project analytics to support evidence-based management decisions.
